Healing Meditation Class
Take an hour out for yourself after work……..
This new meditation group will help you to relax and melt away your stresses. Learn the basics of relaxation and mindful breathing. Personal healing and guided visualisation is a key part of this class. Not based on any particular religion and taught in a 'down to earth' manner!
Classes take place on Thursday/Friday evenings (once a month) at 7.30-8.30pm
Please wear warm, comfortable clothing. (Please bring a yoga mat if you think you will need it)
